We reserve the right to substitute flower, plant types or containers with those of equal value and quality.
Delivery will be made on the date required.
Any dissatisfaction must be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery.
Special delivery conditions may apply to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, please enquire.
Nothing contained in the Guarantee or conditions affects the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality, fitness, or description of the goods supplied.
