We don’t currently offer nationwide delivery. As we are a local Dublin flower shop, our delivery team travel all around the counties of Dublin and Kildare to make sure your order is handled with care and your flowers arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left our hands. 

Quality and excellent customer service are integral to our work, which is why we have our own dedicated team of delivery drivers handling our flowers. 

Yes, we accept all international orders as long as the recipient lives within our Dublin or Kildare delivery areas and you have a valid address and contact number for the recipient.

Any cancellations made online or via telephone will be subject to a cancellation fee and any changes must be made before the order is prepared or dispatched.

We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. 

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday.

Orders with a future delivery date will be delivered on the day specified in your order. 

Any orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. 

Delivery fees vary depending on the recipient's locality. Please refer to our Delivery page for additional information and breakdown per area. 

You will receive an email once your flowers have been delivered safely. 

If no one’s at home when we arrive, our driver will:

• Attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour if one is available. 
• Or return them to our shop in Lucan, leaving a note to let the recipient know where and when they can collect them.

If the recipient is unable to collect the order in person, we’ll arrange a new delivery with them as soon as possible. 

For bouquets, we advise removing them from their packaging and placing them in fresh water to keep their freshness. 

Trim the stems, place them in fresh water in a clean vase and keep them away from heat or direct sunlight. Use the flower food provided

Our bouquets are crafted with fresh, seasonal blooms. We advise changing the water every 2-3 days for longer-lasting blooms and remember to remove any foliage below the water line

We work with the freshest seasonal flowers and giving you the best quality, fresh seasonal flowers is our priority, which means that there may be some variations. Your bouquet will always reflect the same style, colour palette and quality shown online. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any concerns and take a photo of the flowers for reference. We always do our best to put things right with a replacement or thoughtful resolution.
